More than 50 representatives of car rental companies and airport companies from France, England, Austria, Spain and Germany as well as friends of the company took up the invitation of arwe Service
France SAS to Nice on September 7th to gather a personal impression of our business model of the car rental center, of its performance and process quality. In his welcoming speech the appointed Chairman of the Board of arwe, Dr. David Gabrysch, emphasized the constructive and mutually beneficial cooperation with the participating partners:

It is my great honor to welcome you here today. I am delighted that you have accepted our invitation, and thus express your interest and solidarity with arwe Service France.

The business decision of the Nice airport, the car rental companies and VINCI for constructing this car rental center was a correct and courageous step. This decision meant to enter uncharted territory and to invest in a complex which to date did not exist in France in this form.

Our experience and expertise may have been decisive for choosing arwe Service France as service partner. But the responsible parties have expressed - aside of their appreciation - especially and foremost one thing: confidence.

• Confidence in a company that is for the first time committing itself outside of its native country.
• Confidence in a service partner, whose business model is to be implemented for the first time in France.
• Confidence in the financial and organizational capacity of the service provider, to reliably ensure this task.

From the outset arwe Service France has been met with a high degree of confidence. Nice airport, the car rental companies and the investor VINCI have integrated us into their planning, providing us the opportunity of presenting our approach to the turnaround process in the car rental center.

We have found the planning and evaluation of this project with all responsible parties to be very constructive and purposeful. Here at the Nice airport we have found an open forum permitting us to contribute our expertise and experience.

Thus, a car rental center has been created that offers the ultimate in customer comfort and process quality. This is a rental car center of easy orientation and short distances. And it is a showpiece for the car rental companies and the airport.

It is very important to me, to take advantage of this moment to express our thanks to all who have supported and assisted the arwe Service France during the preparatory phase and now ensure the performance of the car rental center since its commissioning.
