Since March 1, the vehicle fleet of the French market leader has been entrusted to our turnaround process.

On May 18, 2010 arwe Service France S.A.S. successfully put the first car rental centre in France into operation at Nice airport and conducts the entire turnaround process for the car rental companies Avis and Hertz and Sixt from there.

Nice belongs to the French airports with the highest flight passenger frequency, which is why it is of high strategic significance for the car rental business. In the high season, it is not only frequented by domestic flight passengers but also in particular by international tourists. During this time we handle up to 1,200 turnarounds per day. With our hired car concept we have convinced the car rental companies to concentrate the process of picking up and returning hired cars within an area especially provided for the purpose.

With the more efficient processes emerging as a result, the faster re-rental capability of the vehicles and the more customer-friendly handling, we have now also been able to win EUROPCAR France as a new customer.

We are delighted to welcome EUROPCAR as a new customer as of March 1. EUROPCAR has more than 500 locations and is the market leader in France, having the largest fleet of vehicles at Nice airport. As of March 1 2011, we will take over the cleaning of the vehicles, which we will carry out initially at the separate EUROPCAR premises; 14 former employees of the customer will transfer to us. Upon final completion of the car rental centre in June, full integration into the central turnaround process will take place.

All car rental companies in France now view our car rental centre in Nice as a showpiece and prestige object for the entire French market. The car rental companies and their customers confirm that they are highly satisfied with our efficiency, quality, safety and cleanliness. The car rental centre in Nice has set a high standard for the car rental trade in France for all French locations; car rental companies advertise their business with our car rental centre.

As the first in the branch, arwe already developed, planned and implemented the car rental centre concept back in 1992. Apart from Nice, we operate car rental centres at Munich, Stuttgart, Frankfurt and Düsseldorf airports. Our customers will also be able to make use of our services at the new Berlin BBI airport, which is to begin operation in 2012.
